Fruit Smoothie And Shakes

Gourmet ShakesFruit smoothie and shakes recipes that help me and others feel fit and healthy, full of energy, and ready to make the most of every opportunity that greets us in life.

When I set out to create Lifestyle Smoothies I new what I like to read, information that is straight to the point, so I don’t have to waist time digging through the rubbish to find a good healthy eating plan. And that’s what you will find in Lifestyle Smoothies. Straight to the point recipes and information about all my favorite smoothie recipes, no long, boring information that you don’t need to know!

My challenge to you is to try each and every one of my smoothies and shakes over the next 30 days. After 30 days look back and see how much your overall fitness and energy levels have shot up, how your motivation has skyrocketed and the opportunities that come along.

I have selected only my favorite smoothies & shakes, so you’re not going to get absolutely every single smoothie that has ever been thought up, you’re just going to get the best combinations, diverse snacks & meals to keep you inspired to live an energized, prosperous lifestyle.

Trying To Manage Your Weight

Gourmet ShakesIf you are trying to manage your weight, the Herbalife nutrition products are very helpful. I have Herbalife for one or two of my three meals every day, and this alone helps me maintain a healthy weight. I gained 30-40 pounds in 2004 after finishing school, and subsequently thrashing my ankle in an unfortunate puppy-jogging incident. The transition from spending every day running around campus to almost complete immobility was noticeable both in my physical health, and my overall attitude.

Once I regained my ability to walk around I got back in the garden and began taking two shakes each day plus dinner (and the Formula 2 & 3 with each meal). Rather than pressure myself to “lose pounds” (which I find really frustrating) I tried to adjust my routine to include things that made me happy and kept me moving. Over several months I regained my health and my previous weight. This wasn’t accomplished by taking any “diet pills” meant to make me lose weight quickly – I simply managed my meals, increased my physical activity, and worked steadily on a careful attitude adjustment.
