If you are trying to manage your weight, the Herbalife nutrition products are very helpful. I have Herbalife for one or two of my three meals every day, and this alone helps me maintain a healthy weight. I gained 30-40 pounds in 2004 after finishing school, and subsequently thrashing my ankle in an unfortunate puppy-jogging incident. The transition from spending every day running around campus to almost complete immobility was noticeable both in my physical health, and my overall attitude.Once I regained my ability to walk around I got back in the garden and began taking two shakes each day plus dinner (and the Formula 2 & 3 with each meal).
